We work with accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms. Nothing else.
Kill the Busywork.Keep Your Stack.
Invitrex builds custom automations for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms: document collection, data entry, and client follow-ups that run themselves, inside the software you already use. No new platform. No workflow overhaul.
Or email info@invitrex.comDelivered in 5 days or it's free.
Your Clarity audit lands within 5 business days of us getting access, or you pay nothing.
Turnaround drops in 30 days or you're refunded.
We baseline your document turnaround before we start. If it hasn't measurably dropped 30 days after go-live, the full setup fee comes back to you.
The ship date is in the contract.
Every build gets a fixed price and a fixed date in writing. We miss it, we work free until it's live, plus 10% off your next build.
IRS electronic filing mandate
One deadline, most of your client list.
Since January 1, 2024, any filer submitting 10 or more information returns in a calendar year has to file them electronically. The threshold used to be 250, and it counts every form type added together, so a client with 6 contractors and 5 employees is already over the line.
The filing itself is the easy part. Getting complete W-9s, contractor details, and payroll records out of every client before January 31 is what actually consumes your team, and now it applies to almost all of them at once.
You cannot hire your way through that. Not at current salaries, and not for six weeks of work a year.
The problem
What your week actually looks like
Your team spends hours every week chasing clients for documents, moving data between systems by hand, and sending manual follow-ups. During busy season it isn't hours, it's entire days. And you cannot take on more clients without hiring.
Why it happens
Your firm runs on client-dependent inputs and a fragmented stack: bookkeeping software, tax software, email, spreadsheets, none of which talk to each other. Your staff is the integration. The tools built to fix this are platforms that force you to rebuild your workflow around them, which is why adoption always stalls. And hiring your way out isn't viable. Accounting talent is scarce and expensive.
What it costs you
Your capacity is capped, so your revenue is capped. Deadlines slip into extensions. Your best staff burn out on admin and leave. Clients churn to firms that respond faster. And you, the owner, stay stuck in operations instead of the advisory work that actually pays.
How it works
Map, build, run. Nothing you have to learn.
- 01
Map
We audit how work moves through your firm and where the hours go, costed against your own staff rates. You get a prioritized roadmap: what to build first, what it saves, what it costs. Delivered in 5 business days or it's free.
- 02
Build
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed ship date, agreed in writing before anyone starts. Built and tested inside your existing stack. Training and documentation included. Nobody learns a new platform.
- 03
Run
Your automations monitored, maintained, and extended every month, so software updates and integration changes never become your problem. Or take the documentation and run it yourself. Both are fine.
What we build
Four ways we take work off your team's desk.
We build into what you already run.
No new platform. No migration. No retraining your team on someone else's software.

Proof
Every client is baselined before we start, because our guarantee depends on it. That means every engagement produces a before-and-after we can show you. The first ones are being written up now.
The team
You talk to the people who build it.

Six years building software, now building it for one industry. When you book a call, you're talking to the person who writes the code, not an account manager who relays it to someone else.

Questions, answered plainly.
No. That's the entire point. We build into Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, your tax software, your payroll tool, your email, your storage. If it has an API or a stable workflow, we automate around it. Your team learns nothing new.
That's what the monthly retainer covers: monitoring every live automation, same-day fixes, and managing integration changes before they become your problem. It's optional, and it's only offered after your first build is live.
The audit is 5 business days. Document collection goes live in weeks, not quarters. Every build after that carries a fixed ship date in the contract.
Your data stays in your systems. We work inside your existing storage and software rather than moving anything to a platform of ours. Access is scoped to what the build needs and revoked when it's done. We sign your NDA and your data processing agreement.
Then you get your money back. The audit is free if we miss 5 days. The document collection setup fee is refunded if your turnaround hasn't measurably dropped in 30 days. Builds work free past their ship date until they're live.
