Why we collect it

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and to arrange and deliver work you ask us to do. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled through a third-party form service, and analytics through a third-party analytics provider. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms. We keep the list of processors current and available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. If we work together, engagement data is governed by the agreement and data processing terms we sign with you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email us. We will take reasonable steps to verify who you are before we act, and we will respond within the period your state's law allows, which is 45 days in California unless we tell you we need more time.
